These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://parasharajyotisha.com, the Vedic Panchanga app, the Joytisha app, and services offered by Parashar Jyotisha, operated by M. Sharma.
1. Services
- Panchanga and Muhurta information
- Kundli and birth chart tools
- Kundli Matching and compatibility guidance
- Numerology reports
- Gochar and transit insights
- Astrology consultation, PDF/audio summaries and digital reports
2. Nature of Astrology Services
Astrology, Panchanga, Kundli, Matching, Dasha, Gochar, Numerology and remedies are provided for educational, cultural, spiritual and personal reflection purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information where required.
- Use the website and apps lawfully.
- Understand that results depend on accuracy of birth details, location and time zone.
- Do not copy, misuse, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the content or services without permission.
4. Payments and Pricing
Paid services are charged as shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Current standard prices include Basic Consultation ₹1,101, Career Consultation ₹1,101, Health Consultation ₹1,101, Any Specific Question ₹1,101, Marriage Matching Report ₹1,101 and Detailed Kundli Report ₹2,100.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment gateways.
5. Consultation and Delivery
Support hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or as per the available time slot of the Astrologer. Consultation appointments depend on available time slots of the astrologer.
Delivery is generally 3 to 7 working days, depending on the nature and complexity of the query. A PDF and audio file will be provided for every paid consultation, unless otherwise communicated due to technical or service-specific limitations.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, app design, text, reports, graphics, calculations, logos and brand material are owned or licensed by Parashar Jyotisha, unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Parashar Jyotisha and M. Sharma are not responsible for losses arising from personal, business, financial, relationship, medical or legal decisions made based on astrology or numerology guidance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
