Cancellation and Free Service Policy

Parashar Jyotisha currently does not charge a fee for consultation requests submitted through the website. Therefore, no payment refund is applicable to the current free service.
1. Cancellation or Withdrawal
You may withdraw a consultation request before work is completed by emailing support@parasharajyotisha.com and providing your reference ID when available.
2. Rescheduling
If a call or callback is arranged, rescheduling depends on astrologer availability. Please notify us as early as possible.
3. Free Digital Guidance
Because the current service is free, there is no purchase price to refund. If a response is delayed or a technical problem occurs, contact support and we will try to assist.
4. No Payment or Refund Processing
Because the current consultation service is free, there is no payment, charge, or refund transaction associated with submitting a consultation request.
