Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid services offered through Parashar Jyotisha, including Vedic Panchanga, Joytisha, website bookings, Basic Consultation, Career Consultation, Health Consultation, Any Specific Question, Marriage Matching Report, Detailed Kundli Report and other digital astrology services.
1. General Principle
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether the service has already been started, generated, delivered, accessed or completed.
2. Consultation Cancellation
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent to su03may@gmail.com.
- If cancellation is requested before consultation work has started or before the appointment is confirmed, refund or rescheduling may be considered.
- If consultation has been completed or PDF/audio guidance has been delivered, refund will normally not be available.
- If the user is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed or rescheduled at our discretion.
3. Digital Reports
Digital reports and consultation deliverables such as Detailed Kundli Report, Marriage Matching Report, Career Consultation, Health Consultation, Any Specific Question, PDF reports and audio guidance are generally non-refundable once generated, delivered, downloaded, emailed or accessed.
Health Consultation Note
Health Consultation is astrology-based and not a medical service. Refunds will not be issued on the ground that a medical result, cure or diagnosis was expected, because no such guarantee is provided.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If payment is deducted but service is not activated, booking is not recorded, or a duplicate payment occurs, contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate or failed payments may be refunded.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed generally within 5–7 working days after approval, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
6. No Guaranteed Outcome
Astrology and spiritual services do not guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with a prediction outcome or interpretation does not automatically qualify for a refund after service delivery.
