This policy explains how digital services and reports are delivered through Parashar Jyotisha, Vedic Panchanga and Joytisha.
Digital Services
- App-based astrology and Panchanga results
- Kundli, Numerology and Matching reports
- Basic, Career, Health and Specific Question consultations
- PDF reports
- Audio guidance files for paid consultations
- Email-based or app-based consultation summaries
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time is generally 3 to 7 working days, depending on the nature and complexity of the query.
Instant app results may appear immediately after submitting details. Personalized consultation, PDF and audio guidance may take longer depending on complexity.
Delivery Method
Digital services may be delivered through app screen, email, website page, downloadable PDF, audio file, WhatsApp or another method agreed during consultation.
A PDF and audio file will be provided for every paid consultation, unless there is a technical or service-specific limitation communicated to the user.
User Responsibility
Users must provide correct name, email, birth details, city and other required information. Incorrect details may result in inaccurate reports or delivery failure.
Non-Delivery or Technical Issue
If a paid digital service is not delivered due to a technical issue, contact su03may@gmail.com with payment/order details.
