Data Deletion Policy

This page explains how users of Vedic Panchanga, Joytisha and Parashar Jyotisha services can request deletion of personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion

Subject line: Data Deletion Request — Vedic Panchanga / Joytisha
- Your name
- App used: Vedic Panchanga or Joytisha
- Registered email, if any
- Payment/order ID, if applicable
- Clear request: delete account, consultation data, birth data or all personal data
What Data Can Be Deleted
- Name and email
- Birth details and saved Kundli profiles
- Consultation request details
- Non-essential service data linked to your identity
- App account details, if account login is enabled
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, payment records, tax/accounting records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or security.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed generally within 7–30 working days after verification, unless longer retention is required by law.
In-App Deletion
If account creation is enabled in the app, users may also use the in-app account deletion option where available. If no account system is used, email-based deletion request will be accepted.
