- City/location used for Panchanga or Jyotisha calculations
- Matching, Numerology and related user-entered data

- Basic browser/device information needed for security, support and app stability
- Page URL and limited diagnostic information associated with a website form submission
2. How We Use Information
- To provide Panchanga, Kundli, Dasha, Gochar, Matching and Numerology functions
- To process and respond to free consultation requests
- To send consultation confirmations and service-related communication
- To improve reliability, security and support
- To comply with applicable law and platform requirements
3. Consultation Form Storage
Website consultation requests may be stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore in the consultations collection. The website may also send an email notification to the administrator and a confirmation message to the email address supplied by the user.
4. Payment Data
Consultation requests are currently free. The website does not presently require payment-card, UPI PIN or banking credentials for consultation submission. Please do not enter such information in the consultation form.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers used for hosting, Firebase storage, email delivery, analytics/crash reporting or legal compliance.
6. Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards and retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for consultation follow-up, service operation, security, legal compliance and deletion requests.
