4. Location and Birth Data
Vedic Panchanga and Joytisha may use user-entered city or location information to calculate Panchanga, sunrise/sunset, Muhurta, Gochar, Kundli and related results. Users may manually enter city information where supported.
Birth data is processed only to provide astrology-related calculations and services requested by the user.
5. Payment Data
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or sensitive payment credentials. Payment providers process payment information according to their own policies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with hosting/API providers, payment gateways, analytics/crash reporting tools, support providers, or legal authorities when required by law.
7. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business purposes.
